It's not knowledge of sin or depravity that draws me to God. It is not promise of Salvation either. It is the overwhelming longing for that perfect love that is indescribable. The perfect love that you taste when you purify yourself of unrighteousness. That is why we must be perfect. Not because it is a legal requirement, but because that is when we feel the lord is near. That is when we experience his love, or the longing for it. And how beautiful that love is. How indescribable that love is. How I want that love, and yearn for his beauty.
